1. General Information

Pronteer is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support private aviation operations through digital workflows, crew coordination, documentation management, operational checklists, communication and related management tools.

The platform is provided by PRONTEER COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN – FZCO, trading as Pronteer, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence No. 30906.

2. Aviation Operational Responsibility

Pronteer is a technology and software provider. Pronteer is not an aircraft operator, air carrier, flight dispatcher, aviation authority, safety manager or aviation regulatory compliance provider.

Pronteer does not exercise or assume operational control over any aircraft, flight, crew member or aviation activity.

All flight operations, operational decisions, flight safety, crew qualifications, regulatory compliance, aircraft airworthiness and operational execution remain the responsibility of the relevant aircraft operator, management company, flight crew and other authorised aviation stakeholders.

3. Not a Safety-Critical Aviation System

The Pronteer platform is intended to support administrative, organisational and operational coordination activities.

It is not designed, certified or approved as a safety-critical aviation system, flight management system, emergency management system or aircraft airworthiness system.

Information displayed, uploaded, stored, processed or shared through Pronteer must not be relied upon as the sole source of information for flight-safety-critical decisions, emergency procedures, regulatory compliance or aircraft operations.

Users must independently verify all safety-critical and regulatory information against applicable laws, approved aviation procedures, official documentation and relevant operational requirements.

4. Accuracy of Information

Information entered into the Pronteer platform may be provided by customers, crew members, suppliers or other authorised users.

Pronteer does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, currency or regulatory suitability of all information submitted by users or third parties.

Customers and authorised users remain responsible for reviewing, maintaining and verifying information used in their aviation operations, including passenger documentation, crew records, aircraft information, operational checklists and other relevant documents.

5. Platform Availability and Performance

Pronteer makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, functionality, security and reliability of its platform.

However, software services may experience interruptions, maintenance periods, technical issues, connectivity problems or disruptions involving third-party services.

Pronteer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability or suitability for any particular operational outcome, except where expressly agreed under a separate applicable service-level agreement.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate operational procedures and contingency arrangements where access to the platform is unavailable.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Pronteer platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including mapping, hosting, communication and other operational support technologies.

Pronteer does not control the independent operation, availability, accuracy or performance of third-party services.

Any use of third-party information or services remains subject to applicable third-party terms and the responsibilities of the relevant customer or user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pronteer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including operational disruptions, delays, lost business opportunities or losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate customer-provided or third-party information.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any contractual limitations of liability, exclusions, remedies and applicable exceptions are governed by the Pronteer SaaS Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement.

8. Relationship With the Terms of Service

This Disclaimer provides additional information about the intended purpose, limitations and operational responsibilities associated with the Pronteer platform.

Use of the platform is governed by the Pronteer SaaS Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Disclaimer and the SaaS Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement, the latter shall prevail.
