Pronteer is not an aircraft operator, flight dispatcher, air carrier, safety manager, aviation authority, or compliance provider. Pronteer does not assume operational control over any aircraft, flight, crew, or aviation activity.

All flight operations, safety decisions, regulatory compliance, and operational execution remain the sole responsibility of the aircraft operator, management company, flight crew, and other relevant aviation stakeholders. Information displayed or processed within the Pronteer platform is provided for operational support purposes only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment, regulatory compliance, or approved aviation procedures. The platform is not intended for use as a safety-critical, emergency, or airworthiness system.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the availability and reliability of the platform, Pronteer does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific operational outcome. Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pronteer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to operational disruptions, delays, loss of data, or third-party actions.
