Pronteer (Menzo FZCO)
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pronteer platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Pronteer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Pronteer is a digital software platform designed to support private aviation operations through workflow coordination, documentation management, crew-related tools, and operational support features.
Pronteer is not an aircraft operator, air carrier, flight dispatcher, aviation authority, safety manager, or compliance provider. Pronteer does not exercise operational control over any aircraft, flight, crew, or aviation activity.
You represent and warrant that:
Pronteer does not provide services to consumers for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable aviation, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
You must not:
You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of all information entered into or relied upon from the Platform.
All flight operations, safety decisions, regulatory compliance, crew actions, and operational execution remain the sole responsibility of the aircraft operator, management company, flight crew, and other relevant aviation stakeholders.
Information provided through the Platform is for operational support only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment, approved operational procedures, or regulatory requirements.
The Pronteer platform is not designed, certified, or intended to be used as a safety-critical system, flight safety system, emergency management system, or airworthiness reference.
Pronteer does not provide flight safety guidance, emergency procedures, operational approvals, airworthiness determinations, or regulatory compliance confirmations. The platform must not be relied upon for decision-making during abnormal, emergency, or safety-critical situations.
All responsibility for aircraft airworthiness, safety management, emergency response, regulatory compliance, and operational decision-making remains solely with the aircraft operator, management company, flight crew, and applicable aviation authorities.
Pronteer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, incident, or accident, including any aviation occurrence or aircraft accident, arising from or in connection with reliance on information displayed, processed, or stored within the platform.
You are responsible for:
Pronteer may suspend or terminate access if unauthorized use, security risks, or violations of these Terms are identified.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including software, design, content, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Pronteer.
No rights are granted to users other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform.
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
Pronteer acts as a data processor, and users or their organizations act as data controllers. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the necessary authority and legal basis to provide personal data to Pronteer.
Where applicable, use of the Platform may be subject to fees agreed separately between Pronteer and the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Pronteer makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability without liability.
Use of the Platform is subject to the Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pronteer from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:
Pronteer may suspend or terminate access to the Platform:
Upon termination, access rights cease immediately, and data handling will follow the Data Processing Policy.
Pronteer may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pronteer is legally registered, excluding conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
