This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected when users access or use the Pronteer platform.

Pronteer is committed to protecting personal data and processes such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable United Arab Emirates data protection legislation, where relevant.

Pronteer may collect personal data including, but not limited to, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, professional roles, company affiliations, and account authentication details. Operational data related to aviation activities may also be processed, including crew schedules, service instructions, operational notes, and user-entered content. In addition, technical data such as IP addresses, device information, access logs, and application usage data may be collected for security, performance monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Pronteer platform, enabling aviation operational workflows, providing customer support, ensuring system security, fulfilling contractual obligations, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements. Pronteer does not act as an aircraft operator, flight dispatcher, or aviation authority and does not assume operational control of any flight.

Pronteer acts as a data processor, while aircraft operators, management companies, or other aviation entities using the platform act as data controllers. Personal data is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers, including cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, and security monitoring providers, solely to the extent necessary to deliver the platform.
